WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
BY SINGNING UP AND PARTICIPATING: I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participate in these programs/activities, I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages or losses, regardless of severity, and I agree to waive and relinquish all claims, fully release and forever discharge the Top of the Trail Festival/CORCA OKTOBERFEST & CLASSIC CAR SHOW Committee, including its agents, elected officials, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims that my volunteers, minor child/ward or I may sustain as a result of said participation including claims of negligence. I also agree to grant full permission to the Top of the Trail Festival/CORCA OKTOBERFEST & CLASSIC CAR SHOW to use my name, photo, video or recording for publicity or promotional purposes without obligation or liability to me, my staff or my family.
